| • There is a café directly in the house, where all our guests have 10% discount on everything and we highly recommend taking breakfast or lunch there: you can see other details at: www.thespot.cz • The café also provides pickup of to-go dishes, which you can take directly to your apartment |

| • We can provide transfers from and to the airport and other destinations within Czech Republic or Germany, Austria , Poland, Slovakia etc. |

| • It is possible to reserve a parking place with your reservation directly in the house in an underground garage • Price for parking is 20 EUR / 510 CZK / day and needs to be reserved beforehand |

| • We have a very fast wifi network available in the whole house with speeds of 200 -500 mbps |

| • TVs are smart TVs with netflix , Youtube and other applications and has a satellite channels in many languages including: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Arabic and others |
 Daily cleaning |
| • Daily cleaning is possible at an extra charge of 15 euros per cleaning |
 Laundry service |
| • Laundry service: costs 15 EUR per washload ( approx. 7-8 kg of laundry ) and is returned within 24 hours • Ironing service or other cleaning: is not provided |
